The Realtor Office has all the houses for sale.
Houses were first introduced into the game in November 2008, with the release of the Trailer, Cape Cod, Ranch and Gothic Style homes. They were priced at 5,000, 15,000, 10,000, and 25,000 YoCoins respectively. Houses were introduced so players could decorate more than just their apartments. Houses are now released with almost every new theme and can be either YoCoins or YoCash.
Houses are bought in the Realtor Office.
There are lots of different houses in YoWorld, with often around 2 released each theme. Each house is designed around the theme it is released with, which has got some players asking for more basic, simple houses.
How to use Houses[]
- You'll need to buy a house from the Realtor Office.
- When not in one of your houses, clicking on the Home icon on your screen will take you to your default home.
- Once in your home, click the home icon again to view all your houses.
- Click on the house you want to visit.

This is the house navigation screen, helping you move around your home.
In January 2012, Zynga released a new feature for houses, to help players navigate around their homes. This is only used with houses released in 2012 and 2013. Any houses released before or after this do not have this navigation feature.
The screen has an interactive map on the left hand side, showing all the rooms in your house. On the right hand side is a preview of whichever room you've clicked on, as well as its decorating level and progress. Both of these features no longer function since the transfer to BVG.
The feature also lets you rename your house, lock the room you are in, and set the house to default.
