The Medieval Fantasy theme was released on July 24, 2012. This theme was inspired by the Middle Ages and the various tales and movies surrounding it.
The theme consisted of clothing, furniture, hairs, 2 rideables and 3 houses.
The houses, rideables, wallpapers and flooring are still available in store. Respectively Realtor Office, Car Store and YoDepot.

During this theme there was also a Costume Design Contest. The winners were announced on August 2, 2012, and released on August 7, 2012.

- Both rideables have a spelling error in their name. Where it should say 'Medieval', it says 'Medival'. It's a big chance this is an overlooked typo.
