Emma is one of the many inhabitants of the Alton Towers, and perhaps one of the most mysterious characters in YoWorld thus far given her ambiguous nature. She is no longer used as a character within the game.
Initially, her purpose was to serve as the tour guide as well as the tutorial manager for YoWorld. She would be the very first character new players meet when creating their accounts. Once the players were settled into the game, and knew all he basics, Emma disappeared and would never appear again in the game. It is rumored that Viking Jess is now the character fulfilling her job. Today, it is not known as to the status of Emma or where she is.

Emma comes off as very friendly, and very intellectual as to how the game works.
